WASHINGTON - Teens increasingly are getting high with legal drugs like painkillers and mood stimulants, and they're turning to cough syrup as well, says a government survey released Thursday.
The annual study by the National Institute on Drug Abuse, conducted by the University of Michigan, showed mixed results in the nation's longtime campaign against teen drug abuse.
It found that while fewer teens overall drank alcohol or used illegal drugs in the last year, a small but growing number were popping prescription painkillers like OxyContin and Vicodin and stimulants like
Ritalin.
As many as one in every 14 high school seniors said they used cold medicine "fairly recently" to get high, the study found.
It was the first year that the government tracked the frequency of teens who reported getting high from over-the-counter medicine for coughs and colds.

The 'Maker of All Things' had designed angels to carry His thoughts and put them into the mind of man.
The fallen angels can still place their thoughts directly into any human's mind, in that human's very own thought voice....YOUR thought voice! (Ever had an angry or impulsive thought, word or action that you knew wasn't you? We all have!!)
"Suicide risk" people (and others) that don't know or ACCEPT that this tampering can be done to them are stuck thinking that was what they really wanted to do.
In play also is the demon's ability to incite, to manipulate our feelings and emotions, dragging us along the bottom of our lives (depression or pain of any sort, whether physical or emotional) and setting us up for a deadly trick, often through isolation, arrogance, never-ending boredom or impulsive behavior (we are most vulnerable here!).
Also, the more self-absorbed or self-centered the individual is, the more susceptible they are (involve yourself with other's needs as a defense....others-centered rather than self-centered.
......LOVE is what you do for ALL others that is in their highest or best interest, anytime, anywhere, selflessly! 24/7). People with good fortune shining on them would hardly listen to a suicide thought, as out of place as it would be there and a noticeable implant into their thought process.
The bad guys have thousands of lures that get most of us (like $$money$$...which took the place of Love in the USA....entertainment, sports & business....which took the place of Family, "soaps" {which robs people of emotions for other human beings}, etc.), but we can be inoculated against the fooling trick of suicide and eradicate it now that the REAL source has finally been revealed!

LOVE is the Real Thing!

Love was designed by GOD for relationships between himself and his angels & humans, and between each other. You cannot "love" yourself...that is why masturbation, with all its fantasies, is sin...it is self-centered (which is the fallen sin condition that Eve & Adam caused)!
When we are saved by the Holy Spirit, we become others-centered like GOD is, and He begins to re-create us from the inside out (unlike "religion" which tries to change people from the outside in...the core is still spiritually dead and is just a fake "veneer").
People use the soulish "masturbation" excuse that they have to "love themselves first before they can love others"...."self-love"....[they usually never get around to others, in their life]....and real love wasn't designed to do that...it was only designed to be spent on God and other humans, like a water cycle!
Real LOVE is what you do for ALL others that is in their highest or best interests, anytime, anywhere, selflessly (24/7)!

Who are You ?!?

A lot of people never find their niche, or place in life because they don't even know what their name means, and how it applies (sometimes now a 'figure of speech') to 21st Century life.
God gives us all our names, and they indicate where our potential lies to fully express ourselves, to become something we love to do, or even survive sometimes!
The first name on the birth certificate is the main, operative definition.....the middle name only is in support of the first name.
----->Go to the library reference desk and ask the librarian for their books on the definitions of first names; sit down for a few hours, and do a name study for your life's sake!

Homeless solution---IF people finally care enough!

To ALL: --->Having experienced homelessness (by losing an investment), I see that current "shelters" are warehouses, the pinnacle of Tokenism, the visible tip of the loveless iceberg.
Everyone needs a home, to maintain a steady balance to succeed.....homeless people are on shifting sand!
"Shelters" should be "clearing houses" with a built in "buddy-system" ["matching" process begins the first day with someone who, like themselves, needs someone to look after their interests!] that prevents "drowning"; for even the oldest book says that it is "not good for man to be alone"...he just gets into trouble.
A "clearing house" would get to know the person quickly and intensely (A predator wouldn't like to be known, so he flees the community.....which is your best form of protection).
People would work in the "clearing houses" that know the community and its' people, like matchmakers, matching up folks with a compatable job, and living with someone in their home.
The same book says "Open your homes to strangers", and with proper human concern for the homeless first..... [instead of social "companies" who use the homeless for their funding & grants, jobs and their own homes & lives.....and are themselves the other problem, besides obscene community apathy].....with proper concern for the people themselves who need a home, and who could fit quickly into a community's job and housing structure, and complement it..... instead of herding the homeless out of sight into a basement "sewer" [As single men in Madison, WI are treated, with very unsanitary conditions].
A model of such a new system should be set up, and then used everywhere for man's humanity to man!

Therefore, the men are always immature ("boys & games" & "lost" asking for directions, when they should be helped by the women ("help-mates", the one reason God created females, to be man's best friend down here, not to engage in a "war of the sexes", where satan is in control of this world; and, most females refuse to have men & GOD as authority figures over them, (the only way life was designed to work) men helped by the women to be wise, kind, mature & loving leaders who protect & give guidance, instead of asking for directions!
This all started back in *Genesis 3: 1-13, where Eve was deceived by mankind's worst enemy & then usurped [stole] her husband's authority and spoke for the 2 of them to the serpent {satan within}, when she should have had her trained husband deal with it [this is REAL history, folks]; and, Genesis 6:1 & 2 [where many females abandoned or deserted the males & shacked up with fallen angels, who at that time could appear as fully-functioning males {"Earth-Girls are Easy"}; this produced a race of mutant half-breeds ("giants" in various ways) that had to be wiped out in the flood of Noah, so that the Messiah ( Jesus Christ as GOD ) could come thru a pure human race! [Again, real history from the best history book on the planet: *scripture]
If we all adhere to the basic design (blueprint) of creation, the natural roles would produce life, hope, real love & save the "family" from further destruction, with loving relationships, where hope and love would find a home in the family again!!! ............
"The useless War of the Sexes"----Gender Discrimination and mis-applied roles: It's like a senseless seesaw, going back and forth for centuries, in this useless and loveless "war of the sexes".
The 'Maker of All Things' created us to love each other; the females...created to be the male's best friends, helping the men to be the best they can be...wise, mature & loving...obviously neither is doing their jobs!
When we simply and completely follow the basic blueprint of nature, we will have a REAL life of blessings for a change!
Even the smartest animals mate for life (and support each other); are we as smart as the animals, [who have no imagination or romance] ???

The roots and a solution in the Middle East---

This whole mess goes back to a conflict between half-brothers: the sons of Abraham, Ishmael {the father of the Arabs} & Isaac. Had Abraham and his wife regarded God's promise that a male heir would be born to them, Abraham would not have allowed his wife to hook him up with her maid Hagar, producing the beginnings of conflict after Ishmael's birth, when Isaac was born according to The Promise; the promise of Palestine being the Jew's land forever. {Genesis chs. 16 & 21; actually the Jews are the "Palestinians"}
After Rome scattered the Jews in AD 70 to other lands [God allowed it for Israel's refusing the Messiah], the vacuum was filled by the surrounding Arabs. For nearly 2,000 years the Jews slowly filtered back until the USA helped them become a nation again in 1947-48.
When the warring parties realize that they should stop fighting their dead ancestor's conflict of hate and have a peaceful life of their own, there can be a real truce in that troubled land. All surface efforts, whether national, international, cultural, ethnic, social, religious, tribal or military will fail until the root of the FAMILY crisis is solved with a FAMILY solution!
As any good gardener will tell you, the decaying & infected ground will not be healed until the roots are healthy again.
A former prime minister of Israel, Golda Meir, said that "As long as the Arabs hate the Jews more than they love their own children, there will never be peace in the Middle East." Many nations have made peace by marrying off a couple (boy & girl) that often were the favorites of their respective peoples. According to their own traditions, all hostilities were put on hold until after the "honeymoon"....in this case, if the "honeymoon" was prolonged, the peace might take hold.
There are still many "matchmakers" in both cultures that could pool their efforts to pull off a successful union.....a couple that is widely respected & loved.
Love just might save the day, and the couple might even already know each other; but as in Shakespeare, have not gone public yet !

Who is GOD??
GOD (Jesus Christ, who before becoming a man was the 'Maker of all Things') is in Heaven, awaiting the completion of the Body of Christ (assembly of believers these last 2,000 years), drawn mostly from the same time period, called the "age of the Gentiles", since GOD turned from Israel after they rejected the Messiah.....and sent the Apostle Paul to start this new thing that was never seen by the prophets of the Old Testament (bible).
You can read all about the "Body of Christ" in Paul's letters [Romans through Philemon...thirteen in all] in scripture [I recommend the GOOD NEWS BIBLE, 1976 ed.] In GNB see that Exodus 3:14=John 8:24 b [2nd part of the verse} .....The Lord of Romans 10:9 (the only open door to Heaven) is the GOD of John 1:1!!!
The Holy Spirit of the LORD GOD Jesus Christ is on earth now, invisible, because of "faith" [the key to the door of Heaven: Hebrews 11:1 "Faith is the conviction of what we hope for, and the evidence of things NOT SEEN"!...faith in how GOD chose to appear before mankind as Jesus Christ. In Heaven, 1+1+1=1]. (The Father, Son & Holy Spirit are the 3 manifestations of 1 God, just like you are 1 person and have thoughts, words & actions; 3 entirely different things, yet 1 of you!) [Father=thought or blueprinter; Son=word or construction boss; and Holy Spirit=action or manager, who "holds all things together".]
When you face GOD you won't see some old guy, some young guy, and a fog bank [3]; you will see 1 God standing in front of you with "badge of honour" scars on His hands, side and feet. And His spiritual body, like our new ones, is now GOD's home forever!
